Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (plus a few extra slices for garnish)
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional, to sweeten)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker, frosty texture)

Instructions

  1. Prep the bananas
    Peel the ripe bananas and cut them into chunks. Set aside a few slices if you’d like to use them as a topping later.

  2. Blend the milkshake
    Add the banana pieces, cold milk, vanilla ice cream, honey or sugar (if using), and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and velvety.
