Ingredients

  • Clean cloth or cotton pads

Directions

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder to 1 cup of warm water. Stir thoroughly until the powder is well mixed.
  2. Dip a clean cloth or cotton pad into the turmeric solution, allowing it to soak fully.
  3. Gently place the damp cloth or pad over your closed eyelids.
  4. Leave it on for about 5–10 minutes while you relax.
  5. Remove the compress and rinse your face carefully with lukewarm water to clear any residue.
