Cheesy Garlic Biscuit Bites Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
-
Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. -
Portion the Dough
Separate the biscuit or pizza dough into individual pieces. Gently press each piece with your fingers to flatten it slightly. -
Fill with Cheese
Place one mozzarella cube in the center of each dough piece. Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch the seams together to seal, shaping it into a ball.
-
Make the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning (if using). -
Coat the Dough Balls
Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter mixture, coating it evenly. Arrange the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. -
Bake
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the bites are puffed and golden brown. -
Top with Parmesan and Parsley
Right after removing the bites from the oven, sprinkle them with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley. -
Serve
Serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
Enjoy your cheesy garlic biscuit bites!
