Simple Garlic Butter Cheese Bites

Cheesy Garlic Biscuit Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Portion the Dough
    Separate the biscuit or pizza dough into individual pieces. Gently press each piece with your fingers to flatten it slightly.

  3. Fill with Cheese
    Place one mozzarella cube in the center of each dough piece. Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch the seams together to seal, shaping it into a ball.

  4. Make the Garlic Butter
    In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning (if using).

  5. Coat the Dough Balls
    Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter mixture, coating it evenly. Arrange the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake
    Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the bites are puffed and golden brown.

  7. Top with Parmesan and Parsley
    Right after removing the bites from the oven, sprinkle them with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley.

  8. Serve
    Serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
