Chocolate Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

  • 120 g butter
  • 300 g flour
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g chocolate

Grab your wooden spoon and follow these simple steps to bake delicious chocolate muffins.


Preparation

  1. Prepare the chocolate
    Break the chocolate into small pieces and set aside.

  2. Make the batter
    In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate pieces: butter, flour, sugar, salt, milk, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and eggs. Stir until you get a smooth, even batter.

  3. Fill the muffin cups
    Spoon the batter into muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.

  4. Add the chocolate
    Gently press the chocolate pieces into the batter in each muffin cup.

  5. Bake
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20–25 minutes, until the muffins are risen and lightly golden.
