Chocolate Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
- 120 g butter
- 300 g flour
- 120 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 120 ml milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 50 g chocolate

Preparation

Prepare the chocolate
Break the chocolate into small pieces and set aside. -
Make the batter
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate pieces: butter, flour, sugar, salt, milk, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and eggs. Stir until you get a smooth, even batter.

Fill the muffin cups
Spoon the batter into muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full. -
Add the chocolate
Gently press the chocolate pieces into the batter in each muffin cup. -
Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20–25 minutes, until the muffins are risen and lightly golden.
