Layered Chocolate Peanut Caramel Bars
Ingredients
First Layer
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup biscuit chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
Second Layer
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallow cream
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped salted peanuts
Third Layer

- One 14 oz can caramel cubes
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Fourth Layer
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup biscuit chips
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
First Layer
- Lightly coat a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk chocolate chips, peanut butter, and biscuit chips.
- Stir continuously until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer with a spoon or spatula.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill until the layer is firm.
Second Layer
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
- Add the granulated sugar and evaporated milk, stirring to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from the heat and quickly stir in the marshmallow cream, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped salted peanuts.
- Spread this peanut mixture evenly over the chilled chocolate base.
- Return the pan to the refrigerator and chill until the second layer is set.
Third Layer
- In a saucepan over low heat, add the caramel cubes and heavy cream.
- Stir gently until the caramel is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the caramel evenly over the peanut layer.
- Refrigerate again until the caramel layer is firm.
Fourth Layer
- Repeat the process used for the first layer.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the milk chocolate chips, biscuit chips, and creamy peanut butter together, stirring until smooth.
- Pour this chocolate mixture over the chilled caramel layer and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until all layers are fully set.
