Passion Fruit Mousse Recipe
A simple, no-bake passion fruit mousse that’s creamy, refreshing, and ready with just a few ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (300 ml) heavy cream
- Use the empty condensed milk can as a measuring cup
- 1 cup (240 ml) concentrated passion fruit juice
Instructions
1. Blend the mixture
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and passion fruit juice to a blender.
- Process on medium speed for about 2–3 minutes, or until the mixture is well combined, thick, and silky.
2. Transfer to containers
- Pour the blended mousse mixture into a large serving dish or divide it among small dessert cups.
- Gently level the surface with a spatula for a smooth finish.
3. Chill until set
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 2–4 hours, or until the mousse firms up and holds its shape.
4. Serve and garnish
- Serve well chilled.
- For extra flavor and texture, decorate with fresh passion fruit pulp and seeds, or add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
