Passion Fruit Mousse Recipe
A simple, no-bake passion fruit mousse that’s creamy, refreshing, and ready with just a few ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (300 ml) heavy cream
- Use the empty condensed milk can as a measuring cup
- 1 cup (240 ml) concentrated passion fruit juice
Instructions
1. Prepare the mousse mixture
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and passion fruit juice to a blender.
- Blend on medium speed for about 2–3 minutes, until the mixture is thick, smooth, and well combined.
2. Transfer to serving dishes
- Pour the blended mixture into a large serving dish or divide it into individual cups or ramekins.
- Gently level the surface with a spatula to create an even top.
3. Chill until set
- Place the mousse in the refrigerator.
- Let it chill for at least 2–4 hours, or until it firms up and holds its shape.
4. Serve
- Serve the mousse well chilled.
- If you like, garnish with fresh passion fruit pulp and seeds or a dollop of whipped cream for extra flavor and texture.
