Passion Fruit Mousse Recipe
A simple, no-bake passion fruit mousse that’s creamy, refreshing, and ready with just a few ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (300 ml) heavy cream (use the empty condensed milk can to measure)
- 1 cup (240 ml) concentrated passion fruit juice
Instructions
1. Blend the mixture
- Place the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and passion fruit juice into a blender.
- Blend on medium speed for about 2–3 minutes, until the mixture is thick, smooth, and velvety.
2. Transfer to containers
- Pour the mousse mixture into a large serving dish or divide it into individual dessert cups.
- Gently level the surface with a spatula so it sets evenly.
3. Chill until firm
- Place the mousse in the refrigerator.
- Let it chill for at least 2–4 hours, or until it has set and holds its shape.
4. Serve and garnish
- Serve the mousse well chilled.
- For extra flavor and texture, top with fresh passion fruit pulp and seeds, or add a swirl of whipped cream.
