Ingredients

  • 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (300 ml) heavy cream (use the empty condensed milk can as a measuring cup)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) concentrated passion fruit juice

Instructions

1. Blend the mixture

  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a blender.
  • Add the heavy cream and the concentrated passion fruit juice.
  • Blend on medium speed for about 2–3 minutes, or until the mixture is thick, smooth, and fully combined.

2. Transfer to serving dishes

  • Pour the mousse mixture into a large serving dish or divide it among individual dessert cups.
  • Gently smooth the surface with a spatula for an even finish.

3. Chill until set

  • Place the mousse in the refrigerator.
  • Chill for at least 2–4 hours, or until firm and set.

4. Serve

  • Serve well chilled.
  • If desired, top with fresh passion fruit pulp, seeds, or a dollop of whipped cream for extra flavor and texture.
