Passion Fruit Mousse Recipe
A light, creamy, and refreshing no-bake dessert that comes together in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (300 ml) heavy cream (use the empty condensed milk can as a measuring cup)
- 1 cup (240 ml) concentrated passion fruit juice
Instructions
1. Blend the mixture
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a blender.
- Add the heavy cream and the concentrated passion fruit juice.
- Blend on medium speed for about 2–3 minutes, or until the mixture is thick, smooth, and fully combined.
2. Transfer to serving dishes
- Pour the mousse mixture into a large serving dish or divide it among individual dessert cups.
- Gently smooth the surface with a spatula for an even finish.
3. Chill until set
- Place the mousse in the refrigerator.
- Chill for at least 2–4 hours, or until firm and set.
4. Serve
- Serve well chilled.
- If desired, top with fresh passion fruit pulp, seeds, or a dollop of whipped cream for extra flavor and texture.
