Ingredients

  • 4 skinless salmon fillets
  • 1 pound (454 g) asparagus tips
  • 1/3 cup (75 g) melted butter
  • 1/3 cup (125 ml) lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2/3 cup (65 g) freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Lay out four sheets of aluminum foil, each about 12 x 18 inches (30 x 45 cm).
