Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Drink Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 glass of water (12–20 oz)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- Sweetener of choice to taste (honey, stevia, etc.)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a large glass.
- Stir well until everything is fully combined.
- For the first two weeks, drink this mixture three times per day, about 20 minutes before each meal.
- After the initial two-week period, reduce to once daily, preferably before breakfast or lunch.
