Bacon-Wrapped Potato Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound bacon, cut into thirds
  • 1 pound small red potatoes, washed and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Toothpicks, for securing the bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven
    Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Season the potatoes
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the quartered red potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until all the pieces are evenly coated.

    Take one potato piece and wrap it with a strip of bacon. Secure the bacon in place using a toothpick. Repeat with the remaining potato pieces.

  5. Bake
    Bake in the preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft when pierced with a fork and the bacon is browned and crispy.

    Remove from the oven and serve hot.
