Bacon-Wrapped Potato Bites Recipe
A simple, crowd-pleasing appetizer made with crispy bacon and tender seasoned potatoes. Perfect for parties, game day, or an easy snack.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bacon, cut into thirds
- 1 pound small red potatoes, washed and quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Toothpicks, for securing the bacon
Instructions

Preheat the oven
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). -
Season the potatoes
In a large mixing bowl, combine the quartered red potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until all the pieces are evenly coated.

Wrap with bacon
Take one potato piece and wrap it with a strip of bacon. Secure the bacon in place using a toothpick. Repeat with the remaining potato pieces. -
Arrange on baking sheet
Place the bacon-wrapped potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them out so they cook evenly. -
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft when pierced with a fork and the bacon is browned and crispy. -
Serve
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
