Layered Chocolate Peanut Caramel Bars

Ingredients

First Layer

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup biscuit chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Second Layer

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups marshmallow cream
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped salted peanuts

Third Layer

Fudge Snickers
  • One 14 oz can caramel cubes
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Fourth Layer

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup biscuit chips
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

First Layer

  1. Lightly coat a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk chocolate chips, peanut butter, and biscuit chips.
  3. Stir continuously until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer with a spoon or spatula.
  5. Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill until the layer is firm.

Second Layer

  1. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the granulated sugar and evaporated milk, stirring to combine.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from the heat and quickly stir in the marshmallow cream, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Fold in the chopped salted peanuts.
  6. Spread this peanut mixture evenly over the chilled chocolate base.
  7. Return the pan to the refrigerator and chill until the second layer is set.

Third Layer

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, add the caramel cubes and heavy cream.
  2. Stir gently until the caramel is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour the caramel evenly over the peanut layer.
  4. Refrigerate again until the caramel layer is firm.

Fourth Layer

  1. Repeat the process used for the first layer.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the milk chocolate chips, biscuit chips, and creamy peanut butter together, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour this chocolate mixture over the chilled caramel layer and spread it evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until all layers are fully set.

Slice into bars and enjoy your rich, layered chocolate peanut caramel dessert!
