Rosemary + Aloe Vera Growth Tonic (Hair & Brows)
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons rosemary leaves (fresh or dried)
- 2 tablespoons natural aloe vera gel (preferably fresh from the leaf)
- 1 teaspoon castor oil
- 5 drops rosemary essential oil (optional, may boost results)
Preparation
1) Make the rosemary infusion
- Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Add rosemary leaves, then turn off the heat.
- Let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain and allow the infusion to cool completely.
2) Create the active blend
In a clean glass or plastic container, combine:
- 4 tablespoons cooled rosemary infusion
- 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel
- 1 teaspoon castor oil
- 5 drops rosemary essential oil (optional)
Mix thoroughly until the texture becomes light and serum-like.
How to Apply
For hair (scalp)
- Apply the tonic to a clean, dry scalp using a dropper or spray bottle.
- Massage gently for 3–5 minutes to stimulate circulation.
- Do not rinse. Leave it on overnight or wear it during the day.
For eyebrows
- Apply with a cotton swab or a clean mascara spoolie, coating the entire brow.
- Use every night before bed.
- Do not rinse.
Recommended Frequency
- Hair: 3–5 times per week
- Eyebrows: Every night
Storage
- Keep refrigerated for up to 7 days.
- Shake well before each use.
