Ingredients

- Clean cloth or cotton pads
Directions
- Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder to 1 cup of warm water. Stir thoroughly until the powder is well mixed.
- Dip a clean cloth or cotton pad into the turmeric solution, allowing it to soak fully.
- Gently place the damp cloth or pad over your closed eyelids.
- Leave it on for about 5–10 minutes while you relax.
- Remove the compress and rinse your face carefully with lukewarm water to clear any residue.
