Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 1–2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Gently warm the water until it’s comfortably hot, not boiling.
- Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the warm water.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of olive oil to support anti-inflammatory effects.
