Passion Fruit Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (300 ml) heavy cream (use the empty condensed milk can to measure)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) concentrated passion fruit juice

Instructions

1. Blend the mixture

  • Place the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and passion fruit juice into a blender.
  • Blend on medium speed for about 2–3 minutes, until the mixture is thick, smooth, and velvety.

2. Transfer to containers

  • Pour the mousse mixture into a large serving dish or divide it into individual dessert cups.
  • Gently level the surface with a spatula so it sets evenly.

3. Chill until firm

  • Place the mousse in the refrigerator.
  • Let it chill for at least 2–4 hours, or until it has set and holds its shape.

  • Serve the mousse well chilled.
